Return and Exchange Shipping:

We provide two types of exchange requests as mentioned below:
1. Variant Exchange or Product Change:
  • Customers who wish to exchange the variant of a product or wishes to purchase a different product may do so.
  • In such cases,The customer will be liable for the shipping fees for the return and delivery of the exchanged product.
2. Damaged Product or Incorrect Variant/Completely Different Product:
  • If customers receive a damaged product or a variant that is different from what they ordered, or if they receive a completely different product, the Store will handle the shipping fees for return and exchange.
  • Customers must notify the support team within 7 days of receiving the order and provide necessary evidence (such as photographs) of the damaged or incorrect product.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged & must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

International Shipping:
