Return & Exchange Policy:

We strive to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for our clothing brand. Please read our policy carefully to understand the process and eligibility criteria for a refund/exchange.

Please inspect your item upon reception & We request our customers to record a video before opening the package as a proof if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, Contact us immediately.

Eligibility for Exchange:

We provide two types of exchange requests as mentioned below:

1. Variant Exchange or Product Change:

  • The Customer who wish to exchange the variant of a product or purchase a different product may do so.
  • In such cases, The customer will be liable for the shipping fees for the return and delivery of the exchanged product.

2. Damaged Product or Incorrect Variant/Completely Different Product:

  • If a customer receives a damaged product or a variant that is different from what they ordered, or if they receive a completely different product, the Store will handle the shipping fees for return and exchange.
  • Customers must notify the support team within 7 days of receiving the order and provide necessary evidence (such as photographs) of the damaged or incorrect product.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Additional Note:

All exchange requests are subject to product availability.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team via email or phone within the specified timeframe.

  • Provide detailed information about the issue, including order number, product details, and clear images showcasing the damage or discrepancy.
  • Our customer support team will review your claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Coupons:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will be giving you one time use coupon of the same amount you purchased, make a separate purchase for the new item using the given coupon code.
