Cancellation and Refund policy

Cancellation:

To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team through the following channels:

    Refund:

    1. Full Refund for Order Cancellation:

    • If the customer cancels an order within 24 hours of placing the order, they will be eligible for a full refund.
    • The refund will be processed using the original payment method or will be sent through bank transfer or UPI payment and the amount will be credited back to the customer's account within a specified timeframe.
    2. Partial Refund for Dispatched Orders:
    • If the item has already been dispatched from the warehouse before the cancellation request, customers will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred.
    • The remaining amount will be refunded through bank transfer or UPI payment.

    3. Store Credit for received product:

    • The Customer have a 7-day timeframe to request a cancellation after receiving the product.
    • No cancellation requests will be accepted after the given time period.
    • After applying for a cancellation request, only upon successful return a refund will be issued in the form of a coupon or store credit.
    • The refund amount will be the remaining value of the product after deducting the shipping charges.
    • The coupon or store credit can be used for future purchases on our website or in-store.

      Please note:

      • All cancellation and return requests are subject to verification and approval.
      • The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
      • Zavion reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product before processing the refund.
      • Refunds for bank transfers or UPI payments may take a certain amount of time to reflect in the customer's account.
